VPT Calculator and everything on this website, including the calculators, results, tables, guides and answers to questions, is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It does not take your personal circumstances into account.

2. Not migration advice or immigration assistance

Nothing on this website is migration advice, legal advice or immigration assistance, including within the meaning of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth). We are not registered migration agents or legal practitioners, and using this website does not create an agent and client, lawyer and client, or any other professional relationship.

Before you make any decision about a visa, an Expression of Interest, a Registration of Interest or a nomination application, get advice from a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner. The Department of Home Affairs explains how to use a migration agent.

3. The calculators can make mistakes

Results are estimates only. They may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. They depend on the answers you choose, and they may not reflect how the Victorian Government or the Department of Home Affairs will assess your claims, evidence, skills assessment, English test or employment.

A score from this website is not a prediction or guarantee that you will be invited, nominated or granted a visa. Victoria ranks Registrations of Interest against the pool in each invitation round, and only the relevant government decides any outcome.

4. Rules change

Migration law, points tables, priority occupations, fees and program criteria can change at any time, sometimes without notice. The points tables on this website were last checked against the official sources on 14 October 2026. The official sources always take priority over anything shown here:

5. No reliance and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, to the extent permitted, to supplying the information again.

6. Not affiliated with government

This website is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Victorian Government, Live in Melbourne, the Department of Home Affairs or any other government body. Government names are used only to describe the official sources the figures come from.

7. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

8. Privacy

The calculators run in your browser. We do not collect, store or receive the answers you enter into them. If you send us a business enquiry through the advertise form, we receive the details you submit and use them only to reply. Your answers are saved only on your own device so they remain after a reload, and the Start again button clears them. There are no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
